Refund Policy:
Upon confirmation of your reservation a 25% deposit of the entire stay is required.

Deposit is Non-refundable if the Reservation is cancelled within 90 days of the first day of your reservation.

IF YOU CANCEL OUTSIDE THE 90 DAYS WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT MINUS A $100.00 OFFICE CHARGE

Check –In:
4:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Please do not expect the cabin early. Please feel free to come early and golf, swim and enjoy the facilities while we prepare your cabin.

Please settle your balance upon arrive.

Late Check-Ins:
(after 9:00 p.m.) will need to make prior arrangements with our Reservation Desk. We do not have a 24 hour front desk.

Check-Out:
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Early Check-Outs will need to make prior arrangements with our Reservation Desk. Again, please feel free to stay the day and enjoy our facilities.

Pet Policy:
We do allow specific pets in specific cabins. Please ask you Reservation Specialist which pets are allowed. All pets must be on a leash at all times and cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. We charge an additional $25.00 per day per pet. You must also sign a waiver of liability releasing Piney Ridge & Irish Hills of any liability pertaining to your pet. All Pets must show proof of current vaccinations.

NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS
No keg beer will brought onto the Property. We are a Minnesota Licensed Liquor Establishment and any kegs must be purchased thru the Pub, with prior approval of the General Manger. Any keg beer brought onto the property will be subject to seizure.

Additional guests beyond posted cabin capacity are $30.00 per day, per person regardless of age. Children under 5 are Piney Ridge Guests.

Visitor Policy:
Visitors and day guests must register at our front desk upon arrival. We want your friends and family to feel perfectly welcome should they drop by for a visit. If, however, they come to use the Resort facilities for the day we ask a $10.00 per person per day fee. Children under 5 are Piney Ridge guests.
PLEASE INFORM YOUR GUESTS OF THIS POLICY

We have Piney Ridge Debit cards available at the Front Desk. You can add any dollar amount up to 500.00 when you check in and use the card at The main dining Room, The Pub and Irish Hills. This is very convenient.
